Strength & Bloom started to help women with their nutrition

After realising none of them had a safe space to learn how to lift, which science was showing us was increasingly more important for women over 30, for both short and long term physically and mental health.

After one 6 week group in Emmas mum's garden, we now have 2 dedicated, purpose built facilities supporting hundreds of women every week

We support them with learning how to move their bodies and lift weights safely to live long, healthy lives.
