12 Flexible Sessions
Experience the fun of the group fitness session with the attention-to-detail of a personal training session. Choose a time to suit you from a full timetable of sessions held in our private studio in either Godstone or Dorking, Surrey.
Personalised Program
This is not a one-size-fits-all program. Instead you will be coached through a program that has been specifically designed for you, based on your goals, ability and any health problems or injuries. Train at your own pace and with zero judgement.
Community of Women
Gain extra motivation, support and some new like-minded gym buddies to share your experience with. Attend monthly special events outside of the group sessions. We offer something for everyone, from spa days and pub walks to BBQs!
Personal Coach
One of our expert team will be assigned as your very own personal coach, they will be on hand everyday to make sure you receive dedicated support, stay on track and get results without feeling confused or overwhelmed.
Nutrition Coaching
Learn the ins and outs of simple, flexible nutrition so you never have to give up the foods you love or go on a miserable, restrictive diet ever again!
